Shipping Policy.
How, where, and when your DualWave Relief Belt arrives.
Where we ship.
peryode currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or any destination outside the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our shipping zones — if you would like us to notify you when we ship to your country, email hello@peryode.com.
Shipping options & pricing.
We offer three tracked delivery options at checkout:
Free UK shipping — Free on all orders £69 and above. Tracked delivery, typically arrives within 5 working days.
Royal Mail tracked — £3.95 flat rate on orders below £69. Tracked delivery, typically arrives within 5 working days.
Royal Mail tracked next-day — £6.95 flat rate. Next working day delivery if ordered before 1pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
All shipping options include full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Order processing.
Orders placed before 1pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
You will receive two emails from us: an order confirmation immediately after purchase, and a dispatch confirmation containing your tracking number when the parcel leaves our fulfilment partner.
If you do not receive either email within the timeframe above, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Estimated delivery times.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They count working days from the moment the parcel is dispatched, not from the moment you place the order.
Free UK shipping & Royal Mail tracked: typically 3 to 5 working days. The vast majority of parcels arrive within this window. Occasional delays caused by carrier capacity, severe weather, or peak periods are outside our control but we monitor every shipment until delivery is confirmed.
Royal Mail tracked next-day: next working day delivery if ordered before 1pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will dispatch the next working day and arrive the day after that.
Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and UK public holidays.
Tracking your order.
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. The link allows you to follow the parcel through the carrier network until it arrives at your door.
If your tracking does not update for more than 48 hours after dispatch, or if it shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at hello@peryode.com within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
Address accuracy.
You are responsible for entering an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. We dispatch to the address you provide and cannot redirect parcels in transit.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge of £3.95 may apply.
If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing the order, email hello@peryode.com as soon as possible. We can amend the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Failed delivery attempts.
If the carrier is unable to deliver your parcel because no one is available to receive it, they will typically leave a card and either attempt redelivery, hold the parcel at a local depot or post office, or attempt delivery to a neighbour. The exact next step depends on the carrier and your local arrangement.
If a parcel is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge of £3.95 may apply.
Lost parcels.
A parcel is considered lost when the carrier has not delivered it within 10 working days of dispatch and tracking shows no recent movement.
If you suspect your parcel is lost, email hello@peryode.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either dispatch a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and the outcome of the investigation.
Damaged parcels.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or if the product inside is damaged, email hello@peryode.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A single photo of the damage
We will dispatch a replacement same-day where possible, with no return shipping required for the damaged unit. Damaged-on-arrival cases are processed faster than the standard 60-day refund window.
Order changes & cancellations.
Orders can be amended or cancelled free of charge at any time before they are dispatched. Once a tracking number has been issued, the parcel is in transit and cannot be redirected or cancelled.
To amend or cancel an undispatched order, email hello@peryode.com with subject line "Cancel order" or "Amend order" and include your order number. We will confirm within 24 hours during UK business days.
If your order has already been dispatched, our 60-Day Relief Promise applies upon delivery. The full refund process is documented in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customs, duties & VAT.
All orders shipping within the United Kingdom include UK VAT in the price shown at checkout. There are no additional customs charges, import duties, or hidden fees on UK orders.
If we expand to international shipping in the future, customs and duty information will be added to this policy.
Carrier information.
We currently dispatch via Royal Mail tracked services. Tracking numbers issued at dispatch can be tracked through the Royal Mail website or app.
We may use alternative tracked carriers in the future as we scale, in which case the tracking link in your dispatch email will direct you to the correct carrier portal.
Force majeure.
Delivery times may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, postal strikes, supply chain disruption, public health emergencies, or government action.
If your order is delayed by such an event, we will keep you informed and offer either continued delivery or a full refund, at your preference.
